Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Problems with your order

If your order is damaged, faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Please provide:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase
  • Details of the issue
  • The name of the affected product
  • The product’s use-by or best-before date, where applicable
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, where reasonably possible

Because many of our products contain fresh or perishable food, we generally do not require affected food items to be returned. However, please do not dispose of the product until our team confirms that it is no longer required for our investigation.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund, credit or another reasonable solution.

Change-of-mind returns

Due to the fresh, perishable, personalised and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Refunds

Once your concern has been reviewed, we will contact you to explain the outcome and any remedy available.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary between payment providers and financial institutions, so the refund may take several business days to appear in your account.

If you have been notified that a refund has been processed but have not received it after allowing a reasonable processing period, please contact your bank or payment provider. You can also contact us at hello@angeldelivery.com.au.

Proof of purchase

We may ask you to provide proof of purchase before providing a remedy. Proof of purchase may include an order confirmation, receipt, bank statement or other reasonable evidence showing that the order was purchased from Angel Delivery Australia.

Order changes and cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production, been prepared, personalised or dispatched.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

Because many of our products are fresh, perishable, personalised or made to order, we generally cannot accept products back for exchange.

Where a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, we will provide the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Returning non-perishable products

In some circumstances, we may ask you to return a non-perishable product so we can inspect it or arrange an appropriate remedy.

Please do not return an item without first contacting our team and receiving return instructions.

Approved returns should be sent to:

Angel Delivery (AU) Pty Ltd
145 Martin Street
Brighton VIC 3186
Australia

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning the product.
